GALA Yuzawa Ski Resort Lift Ticket (IC card type) The lift ticket will be handed to you upon check-in. If you are heading out on the day of your arrival, please stop by the hotel front desk first before you depart.

Point 1: Unbeatable Access! Hotel Metropolitan Takasaki is directly connected to Takasaki Station. Since you can take the bullet train directly to "Gala Yuzawa Station" and the ski center, you can even leave the hotel while already wearing your ski gear!

Point 2: Recommended Morning Start It is highly recommended to start your day by enjoying a vibrant breakfast at Hotel Metropolitan Takasaki's restaurant, "Brasserie Lauriere." The buffet features fresh vegetables, Gunma Prefecture's local specialties and B-grade gourmet dishes, famous products like konjac, plums, and yam, and the original Konjac-infused Morning Curry to fuel your day.

Point 3: Avoid the Crowds Echigo-Yuzawa gets very crowded during the winter season. It's a great option to return to Takasaki for a relaxed dinner.

Point 4: Extend Your Trip! From Takasaki Station, it’s only a 20-minute ride on the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Karuizawa! For a 3-day trip, we recommend stopping in Karuizawa for some shopping before heading home.

【About Gala Yuzawa】 Located in Yuzawa Town, Niigata Prefecture, Gala Yuzawa is a ski resort with 16 courses and a maximum run distance of 2,500 meters, enjoyable for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers. During the winter season, the Joetsu Shinkansen runs directly to "Gala Yuzawa Station," which is connected straight to the ski center. ・The Gala Yuzawa Ski Resort lift ticket will be handed to you at check-in. You do not need to purchase an admission ticket yourself. No exchange is necessary; you can use the ticket as-is at the resort.
・The lift ticket is valid for one day until the end of the season. If you are unable to use it due to bad weather, you may use it on a later date.
・Due to weather conditions, if it is determined that skiing at GALA Yuzawa is difficult, we may guide you to an alternative nearby partner ski resort (a transfer arrangement).
　For details, we kindly ask that you follow the instructions provided by the on-site staff during your visit.
・For preschool children, up to two children per adult can receive a complimentary lift ticket for Gala Yuzawa.
・However, children who will be skiing (riding the lift) must obtain a dedicated IC card lift ticket at the gondola gate. Please ask the staff on site.
・The plan fee includes the "Gala Yuzawa" lift ticket for the specified number of people, but no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
・Transportation costs to Gala Yuzawa are not included.
・Customers are responsible for any other separate fees for experiences or facility usage within the resort.
