Hotel Metropolitan Takasaki strictly follows the Japanese government
and relevant authorities regulation and prevention of Covid-19.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps
to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

For the safety and security of our customers and employees, we ask for your kind understanding and cooperation
for the below infection prevention measures.

Please wear a mask

Please wear a mask when you are not eating or drinking. If you do not have a mask, please ask the hotel staff for assistance.

Please keep your safe distance

We have arranged spaces and seats at the front desk, restaurants and banquet halls
to avoid overcrowding in public areas. Please keep your safe distance when using elevators and smoking areas.

Please use hand sanitizers

Alcohol hand sanitizers are placed at the entrances of the hotel facilities (the lobby, restaurants, banquet halls and restrooms etc.) We encourage our customers to use them.

Please refrain from visiting our hotel if you are not feeling well

In the case when you have a fever, cough or have any signs of a cold, please refrain from visiting our hotel.
